Bid it from the truck. Get it signed before you leave the lot.

A customer signing an estimate on a phone

Your paper, not ours

Your logo, license line, terms and exclusions print on every page. The customer sees the estimate/contract they've always signed with you, now with a sign button.

Signed on a phone

The customer taps the link, ticks the add-ons they want, initials each one and signs. The total updates as they go, and both of you get the signed PDF.

Nothing changes after the fact

Each signature is tied to a fingerprint of exactly what the customer saw. Edit a sent estimate and the old link stops working until you resend it.

Estimates

Price the job the way you actually bid it.

Base work, optional add-ons, and “pick one” choices like 4″ versus 6″ base. The PDF on the right is the real document, redrawn as you type.

  • Quantities, units and prices with live totals and tax
  • Saved exclusions, conditions and terms for your trade, one click to load
  • Photos and marked-up aerial site maps print as extra pages
  • Duplicate last year's bid, combine change orders, void and restore

E-signature

Let the customer choose, and sign, on the spot.

Stop re-sending revised PDFs because someone wants the restripe after all. Add-ons sit right on the document with a checkbox and an initials box.

  • Draw or type a signature on any phone
  • The total recalculates as add-ons are ticked
  • You see when the estimate was opened, and get an email the moment it's signed
  • Signer name, time, IP and content fingerprint print on the signed copy

Crew scheduling Coming soon

Signed today, on the board tomorrow.

A job board built around how paving crews actually work: day-by-day blocks, a rolling four-week view, and a display mode for the TV in the yard so nobody has to ask where they're headed.

  • Field crew and view-only logins that only see the schedule
  • Time-off requests and approvals on the same calendar
  • Jobs link back to the signed estimate and customer
What's coming

How a job moves

From walk-through to crew assignment in four steps.

  1. Measure and price

Pull up the lot on the aerial map, measure the area, and build the bid from your saved line items and terms.

  2. Send

One click emails a branded PDF with a sign link. You see when it's opened.

  3. Customer signs

They pick add-ons, initial and sign. You both get the signed copy.

  4. Schedule the crew

Coming soon: drop the signed job on the board, and crews see it on their phones and on the shop TV.

Questions

What contractors ask first.

Something else? Ask us directly. You'll get an answer from the people who built it.

Do my customers need an account to sign?

No. They get an email with your PDF attached and a link. The link opens the estimate on any phone or computer, where they pick add-ons, initial them and sign. Nothing to install, no password.

Will the estimate still look like ours?

Yes. Your logo, legal name, license line, address, terms, exclusions and conditions print on every page. The layout follows the bordered estimate/contract form contractors have used for years.

Is an e-signature legally binding?

Electronic signatures are valid for most commercial contracts in the US under the ESIGN Act and UETA. Each signature records the signer's name, time, IP address and a SHA-256 fingerprint of exactly what they saw. Ask your attorney about anything specific to your state or contract type.

Can I bring my old estimates and customers?

QuickBooks import of customers and past estimates is coming soon on the Company plan.

What happens after the free trial?

Pick a plan to keep going. If you don't, your account pauses. Nothing is deleted, and we'll export your data for you on request.

Does it work on a phone in the field?

Every screen works on a phone, including the estimate editor, the job board and the customer signing page.
